SUCCISA VIRESCIT!
This is the motto of the archabbey of Monte Cassino! There's a nice history and meaning behind this motto... I don't know how to translate it to English, but this photo I take of my father's guava tree, a few days after it has been pruned, can show exactly what does it means.
It makes a lot of sense for me today, as today is my last working day since I resigned, and now I need to regrow.
