There is no coming back for the UK sadly.
I don't think there is, anymore. I used to believe, but what I've seen is that people need to suffer a lot lot more before they finally choose sanity. I don't think we'll get there in my lifetime.
The UK was probably the most excited and compliant during COVID. Weekly clap athons for the NHS etc.. they are totally lost.
