So... this is greek oregano collected (by me) on the right time, that is when they begin to bloom.

You need only the bloomed part really, not the rest, so what we do traditionally, is that we hang these for a few days to dry and then rub it to take this

I know that they sell the the whole thing, but what you really need is what is shown in the second photo...
