Simply blend two apples into a puree and add to 250g of almond flour, mix everything with sultanas and if you like chopped hazelnuts and Chia seeds.
Put it all in a buttered baking tin and make a thin sheet.
Before baking at 180° for half an hour, make some cuts to define the biscuits, otherwise once baked you can't cut them and that's it.
When they are baked you put them on a wire rack to dry 😋
