Today was my first time moving around the property after 18 days.

Still resting & recovering. I did the “5-5-5”

5 days in the bed laying down.

5 days in the bed, seated.

5 days around the bed.

I left the house only once to register Maya.

Having the ability to slow down during this phase of my life has been awesome.

Also so grateful to have my parents around and it’s wonderful to see the joy that their granddaughter brings them.
