ah, the joys of #nostr

there's so many problems to solve that the only hard part is having enough spare time and resources to spend on it

i have thought about the idea of building a massive aggregator... getting an 8tb+ spinning disk and sucking down every event possible ... nay, 32tb spinning disk... i dunno how much has piled up at this point, but i think we are long past the point where there is an economic value in offering an aggregation service

maybe cache.nostr.wine or whatever it's called, cellar?

also, welcome to the game... it's fun in here, everything is crazy, you'll love it!

Maybe, idk. I think there is value in providing that kind of infra and service. But the customers I see are clients, not users.

Will try that! thanks, and thanks a lot the reply 😉

Yeah, this thing is wild, everything is shit and amazing at the same time

i think we are only just reaching a volume of data where we really are starting to have a use for search engines, aka DVMs. i've for sure got it on my todo list to build search engine indexers

my job is about gearing up for a massive userbase, and making the ecosystem self-funding, we are still very early
