No, it's true.
DEI comes in, creates division, and then pulls a DARVO when you point out they're being divisive, claiming you're the one causing division when it's actually them.
DARVO = Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender
Yeah spot on, for _forced diversity_, to be clear. Forced diversity is antithetical to actual diversity and inclusion. They use it as an irrational word game to force their way into things, and it only ever results in greater degrees of collectivism, bigotry, tribalism, time preference, and dysfunction.
