I had to ask #[3] what that was.
Aspergillus niger pellets under microscope. A fungi, working for humanity to produce several enzymes and citric acid. Look at the food labels, if you see citric acid, it’s produced by these little creatures. Beautiful.
You may see them on your kitchen. If you have some onions 🧅, let one of them to rot a little bit. You will see black Aspergillus niger colonies on it.
