There's a work around . You'll find it.
The work around was “go home and self loathe about it”. Per usual
You have to catch her after the gym on the way out. You don't even have to mention the gym or seeing her there. A simple, "I think you are beautiful. Are you seeing anyone, would you like to go on a date?"
Eye contact the entire workout and I’m like “maybe next time I see her” (there won’t be a next time). My own worst enemy!
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. You have zero to lose. She says no, you're right back to where you were. You go this!
No, it’s NOT! And do NOT be obvious about staring at her. I hated being leered at by guys when at gym!

Sorry, didn’t mean to seem like I was yelling at you. I use use ALL CAPS to emphasize.
You could casually nod at her and smile but NOT in a creepy way! If she’s receptive and nods or smiles back, then could say “Hi” next time.
But avoid staring at her body or making any comment about her body, even if you think it’s a compliment.
Girls go to gym to exercise and NOT to get hit on!
Don’t be intrusive to her doing that or get too close to her physical space.
And ALWAYS be a gentleman cuz girls notice manners.
