If you’re using nostr.build there’s a 25 MB limit on uploads for the free public version but you can pay for an account and get larger uploads.

ideally you should use another content server (peertube, rumble, etc) for large video and only post the link - nostr is pure TEXT only protocol - media server are always out of scope from relays. except hyperlinking
