I am patching up my lightning channels this weekend.
Any recommendations/best practices to follow when opening a new channel? I know the bigger the better. But what’s the difference between opening channels with the monster nostr:npub1hcwcj72tlyk7thtyc8nq763vwrq5p2avnyeyrrlwxrzuvdl7j3usj4h9rq node vs something still routing payments, but smaller?
Since most people use a custodial Lightning wallet, the largest exchanges and custodial wallets are great LN-peers.
Some large independent nodes with channels to Binance are also good peers.
WoS was a better peer before the US ban.
