Made "carnivore buns" for our burgers last night. "I'll never eat another store bought bun" said my 12 yr old...
They really are great.
2oz room temp cream cheese (or goat cheese)
1 tbsp melted butter
1.5 cups grated cheddar
2 eggs
mix it up
batter will be chunky-ish
distribute between 4 buttered pans

cook at 375° for 15 minutes, flip them over and cook another 5 minutes.
