How the rest of the world sees American food.

I was at a resort in DR where they had nationality themed restaurants. The American restaurant had hot dog pizza. Basically sliced ball parks instead of pepperoni on cafeteria pizza. I ate it because I had to know. It was not good.
I was sent to Thailand for work a few years ago and the breakfast at the resort had labeled a food item as "American sausage". It was, in reality, a buffet plate of hot dogs. Didn't try them. If they had buns, ketchup, and mustard, I totally would've tried them though.
