The russians nuclear capabilities are overstated and maybe far less of a threat.

Somehow NATO/US know it and are just egging them to show their hand.

I hope we never test that theory but I'm starting to wonder.

If a full Nuclear exchange were remotely possible, surely we wouldn't risk it.... right?
