I think the problem is everyone has a different definition for feminism. I think what he addresses in the article is more of the mainstream push of feminism which is a more unhealthy version than what you mention. The dating part for zoomers. I think is wrong and not the majority of dating for zoomers currently but I guess he sees that's where its trending towards being normal. Even with some disagreements I believe his solutions are relatively healthy.

Cultural rehab: Disconnect from illusion. Tune out of the degeneracy of Hollywood, Netflix, and Spotify. Read the classics, spend time in nature, and strengthen your faith. If you are blessed with a family, do your best to protect them: if homeschooling is illegal where you live, consider relocating.

Biological rehab: Wean off medication, anti-depressants, contraceptives, cosmetics, and all allopathic medicines. Reduce your exposure to microplastics in food, utensils, containers, and clothes. Replace polyester with cotton and linen. Distill your water (I’ve written about it here). Avoid barcode-ladden foods, get to know your local farmers.

Financial rehab: Preserve your wealth. Move out of fiat currencies as much as you can. Look into physical gold, silver, and bitcoin. Get into the habit of fixing things, instead of buying new junk. Learn how to sew your clothes and service your car. Learn how to grow your food and reclaim your land

Yea I like his solutions.

I'm particularly satisfied when i saw he called out gym clothes!!!

Well I can’t disagree with many of his stated solutions. I will argue about film and music. While I think you should be careful about what you consume. Storytelling is an essential part of who we are as humans. To say everything modern has no merit, disturbs me. It’s also an argument that’s been ongoing for well over a millennia+.
