Yep they're both *literally* and explicitly socialism.
Fascism = National Socialism
Communication = International Socialism
One of the great magic tricks of the modern era is to get people to think they're different
I would argue that you don't need the "national" in front of the socialism to become fascism.
Most of the socialist "systems" had the wealth of the "nation" or the peoples in mind.
If you want to have a division between the international ones it could make sense though.
Otherwise every socialism means fascism.
