President-elect Donald Trump has announced he'll issue an executive order after he's sworn in on Monday, to restore TikTok operations in United States.

TikTok shutdown in the U.S. midnight Sunday, to comply with a law pushed by pro-Israel groups and passed by US congress which requires Chinese-based parent company ByteDance to divest from the popular video sharing platform.

Trump said he wants TikTok users to be able to watch his inauguration ceremony on the platform
