actually no. we got chromebooks at my highscool in 2017.

we all got school mandated google accounts when i was in middle school around 2013/14

yeah, we spent the whole day setting it up and started using it for everything then on. never thought anything of it until now, it’s weird having a company control every school that way

the school exchanged all of the students personal data, online habits, etc… for chromebooks. Info that wasn’t theirs to exchange 🤯
