I think gaining a wider audience for bitcoin in a positive light, and not from the mainstream media's distorted perspective, is really important. To me the beauty of bitcoin is that the bitcoin network and its adoption is growing mostly organically from the bottom up, without an advertising budget. I think bitcoin companies can, and do advertise their services, but I think it's kinda hard to advertise for bitcoin the asset or network, since no one owns it. I think the key is building out education. The more educational resources available for people who are curious to check out and dive in, the greater adoption we will have. The Canadian bitcoiners podcast had a great point recently about bitcoin's one-way adoption: people who take the time to learn about bitcoin, become bitcoiners. You can't unsee how fucked up the system is, and how bitcoin solves it so beautifully, once you see it. That's an incredibly bullish outlook for bitcoin.
