As far as I would like to pay with BTC. The potential gain from treating it as store of value for now is greater than using it for coffees and food. I prefer to spend my weak fiat money than hard money like gold/BTC.

I believe that this is only behavioral bias. See the discussion in linked post… I will try to elaborate on that later.
