Canada does have some upsides, but i can't in good conscience recommend it. Otherwise, i was purely assuming and making a half-joke comment.

You guys have beautiful nature. But I can imagine the politics and regulations are difficult. But maybe it’s similar to Germany, I would not recommend you to move here, too 😁
Canada is beautiful and if you're willing to live remote, you can literally ignore many of the regulations.
For example, i installed a new front door on my house for a rental unit i put in and normally you would need approval from the township and a buildinh inspector.
My problem is that i don't care about their gay rules and i needed a door so i built one. I also overengineered it, so it's far sturdier than your prebuilt doors.
We live minimum three hours from the nearest large city, two hours from the nearest big town and several thousand miles from my giving a fuck about Canadian building regulations on my own land.
Western Governments have truly gone insane when you can’t even hang a door on your own home without some parasite wanting to inspect it and ensure it matches whatever bullshit rules they came up with to funnel money to their crony friends
Canada takes a lot of shit from people around the world.
But it’s an amazing country.
It was one of the best on earth before Trudeau. He won’t be around for much longer.
