Yes people that enter a country ILLEGALLY. Enter the country by BREAKING THE LAW. Are NOT entitled to due process because they are not citizens. Immigrants are not entitled to due process because they are adjudicated by an immigration court not an actual judge.

Any of these deportees would go to immigration court and it would be clear cut deportation. No discussion, no lawyers, just a stamp and exit.
