1. Look at your diet. Digestion increases heart rate, bad digestion moreso.

2. Activity. Do long walks and limit training to activities you want to do regularly.

3. Breathe through your nose always, especially when sleeping.

4. Get great sleep. Doesn’t need to be much.

5. Limit toxins. Like alcohol and anything processed.

Just a few things that could help…

Regarding #3. Buteyko Breathing method is the way. Nose breathing is the way.
