I would love to make bread, but how do you ship that and keep it? Jams keep forever and are easy to move around. I can crank out a bunch, store it, and if it doesnt sell, I've got some mighty fine barterings.
Vacum seal sourdough english muffin size rounds and tortillas would be my thought..
As for jams and jellies
Sovereign strawberry, Hodl berry, Rebellion Rhubarb spring to mind..
