I honestly think we're being prepped for a nuclear powerplant false flag.
Ukraine is in dire straits, they're desperate enough to do it, and stories like this one seem to serve as predictive programming.
Just as the stories about the data cable in the baltic being cut, when infact it wasn't, it was natural causes.
