it's smooth, support is prompt, and they even let me do KYC just with GPS, and haven't demanded me to update it since then... and since they introduced lightning inbound payments... i don't mind so much how big the annual fee is ($1000) for being able to lock my funds safely in onchain or my lightning node wallet
