@12min he’s referencing the Zeitgeist video series. I’d agree, those videos planted seeds that helped understand “why bitcoin” at a deeper level than just price.

Censorship resistance, 21M total supply, the predictability of the asset’s “inflation” dynamics (new blocks ~10min), and no central authority in direct control… those use cases all brought to attention in those films - whether you believe all the claims or not.
