I usually drink coffee black. But my wife got me a (used) coffee machine for Christmas. After spending some time giving it a proper clean out, I have made us a couple of frothy caffè lattes.

I have something similar but coffee isn't coffee when you add cow juice, its milkshake. Always black and strong my friend

I'm always a little mixed about these sort of luxury gadgets, because a big part of me loves the simple, off grid, low tech lifestyle.
The internal struggle is real. Not many folk love being off the grid as much as I do… but the breville makes that sweet little foam on top of my espressos.

We got ourselves this Delonghi Dedica espresso machine for Christmas and it’s pretty nice. We also upgraded our hand mill for an electric one.
It has a learning curve though, the first 2 pounds tasted like dog 💩
