The gender topic has pushed many libertarians further towards the right, and not the good kind of right. The kind that wants nationalism and government to enforce their own ideals of morality.

I think some things are not good for society, like widespread heroin use. That doesn’t mean we need a government to enforce these rules. Society has to talk to each other and discuss ideas, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

What’s wrong with nationalism? You’re a globalist then?

No I’m an individualist

So then you agree individuals should have the right to form groups and borders around their territory to protect themselves from hostile groups?

Individuals have the right to form groups, but they do not have the right to form borders that extend outside of their own private property. If 10 people have homesteaded a plot of land, they can try their best to defend it. However, they do not have the right to extend the group beyond the members that have agreed to partake.

There is very little difference between nationalism and socialism. They both seek to uphold the interest of the group over the individual. Nazi Germany was an example of this, as well as Communist Russia.

People absolutely do have the right to associate with (and exclude) whoever they wish, and that includes forming borders to protect their mutual interests.

Okay, what is the "good kind of right"?

The libertarian right has usually been associated with limited government, anti-taxation, and liking guns. Michael Malice leans more towards the right, though he’s an anarchist.

But I don't want my kids to be exposed to trannies. I believe it is harmful to them.

As an anarchist, I believe the best thing someone can do is homeschool their children get them them far away from government indoctrination camps. With the internet, this has become extremely cheap.

Private school is also an option, but the problem is these private schools must compete with "free" government schools, so that raises prices.

I am also a big advocate of "if you don’t like what you see on television, shut it off". Once the conservatives start censoring to conform to their own sense of morality, then they are in no better shape than the liberals. And if they use the violence of government to accomplish this, then they are not acting morally at all.
