Personal update: it’s been 271 days without alcohol. I’ve run 208 times in 2023, logging 2,332 km so far, and I’m down 51 lbs. I’ve got my first ever marathon in just over four weeks and feeling strong. #proofofwork

Not a ton, but some friends and I put some money in a pot to see who could go the longest without it. I haven’t won…_yet_.
