You need some level of expertise to fork the app, clients and coordinator and then you need balls of steel to actually run the coordinator and likely go to the gulag.

Can't it be done fully over tor without 'much effort' and therefore remove the need for balls of steel and decrease the likelihood to go to the gullag to an acceptable level?

My question was about why it has not been done already.

Are the incentives to low or the hurdles to high?
