I hate when people say health care is free in Canada. It is payed through extremely high taxes.

I looked at prices for private healthcare in South America Uruguay.

If I had the money I payed the government I could easily afford real healthcare in South America.

Not the illusion we have here in Canada with people passing away in waiting rooms.
