i have never heard such idiotic comments under these circumstances

retarded people, people without any common sense

probably billionaires without empathy

explain this retarded comment to any normal person

living in el salvador or in africa

who wants to use bitcoin to buy food

and they need to pay 10-20 bucks in fees

show me ONE person in el salvador who uses bitcoin/lightning to

buy food at these conditions. only one

no one uses bitcoin/lightning because it has extremely high fees

at the same time bitcoin loses more and more purchasing power every day.

the retards see no connection between depressed value and not working as a payment system.

the market is at almost all time high, the nasdaq is booming and bitcoin is losing value even compared to fiat ponzi currencies. about 60% in the last 2 years.

how is lightning having high fee? unless you need to open new channel, it looks quite cheap to me

yes. there are guys who buy a coffee and pay a fortune in fees in lightning.

extremely prohibitive fees for opening and closing channels will finally

be paid by the end user. fees which are low now with some wallets will not stay low.

bitcoin is not used for payments worldwide. this is a fact. the volume is very low. the p2p payment system is not being used for payments.

how can bitcoin generate new users? impossible under this circumstance.

the purchasing power is dropping.

the bitcoin cult clowns see no connection

they talk nonsense and wishful thinking all day instead of making changes

I still don't get it. Channels should be opened and closed when fees are low. Also, a channel could and should last years. I made a 150k sat LN transaction a couple of days ago and payed 4 sat of fees. LN transactions are cheap. Coffee shouldn't be bought on L1 because the would be impossible to scale and remain decentralized
