I echo what the others have said. I built nostr:npub1lstr2kmdthkgfuzne8e4cn2nhr646x8jt25szdj7t4wr6xemtuuq3lczsj to be a management tool so that social (and other) clients could just display feeds based on your lists but wouldn't have to build all the management aspects. This is what Amethyst takes advantage of.
