Navy blue, with a black tie, doesn't break protocol.

Cobalt blue, with a shiny blue tie, was clearly him wanting to send a message. I'm sure he's not so poor, that he couldn't afford a second suit.

Honestly, I couldn't care less about the Pope's funeral and Trump's suit. You just claimed Trump was wearing a bright blue suit, so I thought I'd look into it. It seems to me many wore the same coloured suit as he did. I don't get what the outrage is about.
