I’ll set up a non custodial wallet in their name and keep the keys backed up so when they reach 17-18
Even at age 18, I would still only offer them a small amount to practice using, and then let them take custody of it slowly over time.

#[3] Yeah, with BTCapsule you can put sats in a timelocked wallet for inheritance, and you will get another wallet that isn’t timelocked for the same sats.
This will let you leave the sats for inheritance, but if you ever need them before the timelock expires, then you will always have access for yourself.
You can also use https://coinb.in/#newTimeLocked to timelock Bitcoin, but once it’s locked, nobody will have access until it expires.

Will they find the private keys?
Yes they will as I’ll hand it over when they are responsible enough
What I want for them is what I didn’t have when I was younger which was just a couple years ago

Yes wise lessons. Been in crypto since 2017 and the lessons I learned here will make sure my future is secure. Having to many bags is to hard to handle.
