Try Linux Mint cinnamon. You'll love it. Best of all you can install it to dual boot with Windows.

There will be a tiny learning curve. Nothing a Google search can't easily solve.

Just be careful not to wipe your windows partition until you're ready.

Heck, you can even install it on a USB 3.0 flash drive. It's super easy. Use a flash drive larger than 64 GB. They're cheap today.

Then have fun owning a computer again..๐Ÿง๐Ÿ™‚

You could also try out #ZorinOS

It has an even better Windows feel and Wine๐Ÿท (basically a Windows compatibility layer) is preconfigured. I've installed it on an acquaintance's laptop and have had zero complaints.
