I’m not too sure about small courier freight… but I know 53’ full truckload freight, flatbed heavy-haul etc is being near monopolized by 3rd party brokers, the likes of CH Robinson, Coyote, TQL and recently Uber Freight.

How do we breakup this industry?

3PL’s are getting fat off of their high margin fees, paying trucking bare minimum, and the software is doing all the work now 🤷🏻‍♂️ and I think it’s subscription based too.

The entire global supply chain, as a whole, is basically run on windows 98 😆 Some players are dominating while others are creating bottlenecks

Lots of opportunities, but thinking open source and decentralized 🤔
