There is in fact a significant increase in all teen suicides since roughly 2004.(year depends on stats and study used)

Certainly gay teen suicide is also up.

I'm not going to blame the rise of social media, but.....seems like a good culprit.

You certainly can't make the case that social media has helped their suicide rate.

Queer suicide rates are down since 2004… that’s the link I shared with you of the wikipedia page documenting the drop. If you don’t want to look at data, then there isn’t much point of arguing over stats.

Because it's bullshit. There literally zero chance that they somehow defied the overall teen suicide massively increasing trend. Zero.

It isn't possible to accurately measure whether a teen who committed suicide's sexual preference. especially a 13 or 14 yesr old. So it means nothing. You can measure age, gender, possibly race accurately.

You can't measure who someone was attracted to post mortem, lol.

ironically this study shows that 'youth' suicides in the community increased as a % of all suicides, at the same time that suicide rates increased.
