I’m excited about #nostr #safebox.

It’s evolving into an email-like server that can send funds and records, like email. You get an email-like address that also is NIP-05 compliant, which you can link to your social npub if you wish (see mine).

All funds sent between safebox servers, don’t touch Lightning at all. Completely private, but seamlessly works with Lightning when required.

What’s even better - if this server disappears or gets taken down, your funds and data still exist on the nostr network. If you know your home relay and recovery phrase you can restore yourself on any other safebox server out there.
