GM Broke my yolks, can’t win ‘em all. 😜 Added truffle salt to the eggs and finished with a sprinkle of a provolone, asiago, romano, and parmesan cheese blend. Served with thick cut applewood bacon, oven cooked. And of course, I like my coffee with a gentle reminder to stay out of trouble. 😉
