On March 1, 2025 Russian special forces infiltrated multiple kilometers into Sudzha. There they emerged behind enemy lines.

What makes this so special is the fact that they used the underground Sudzha gas pipeline, which was discontinued to transport gas shortly before on Zelenskys order.
