How TF do bitcoin tools get labeled as money transmission services if the U.S. doesn’t classify Bitcoin as…checks notes…money??

Not to mention the 64937263839928383 other violations of 1st and 4th amendment rights and practical absurdity of the road they’re headed down.

Ultimately they have tools and authority at their disposal to classify things as they wish.
