This is the time of year I start to harvest the leeks. It is crazy but in only a month the overwintering vegetables will start to bolt.

Love leeks 🤩. As a boy growing up in Wales these are our national dish. 🧡

They are. I like on pizzas.

The Welsh boys wear them on National holidays and the girls wear daffodils. They are the national emblems of Wales.

Makes sense I live in a climate that is not too dissimilar from Wales.
