I reviewed the timestamps. Do they meaningfully consider solutions together or share anything optimistic? I like Tucker but his content feels a bit heavy on the complaining and finger pointing side sometimes

The optimistic view is that the federal govt becomes somewhat impotent and the US starts to localize again. I think they are cautiously optimistic in the last quarter of the interview.
