Ohh 😮 I’m so sorry. Here’s a tiny story that may help. I was a distance runner for 16 years. No idea how many miles I ran. A short run was 5 miles. 5 days a week minimum. Then accident. Broken coccyx & body. Theafter that were my most remembered. 😊
After being a long distance runner for 16 years a car wreck changed my life. I can tell you this: the mile that I *attempted* to run again after was my most victorious. I can’t ever run again.
