One of my new years goals was not to eat after 10pm. Not even the whole day, just no late night food. I failed on day 2. You sir are a god for making it 50 hrs fasting.

I definitely recommend checking out Cate Shanahan's episode on Saif's podcast. Her book, The Fatburn Fix helped me cut down on almost all of my snacking.
Basically, eliminate seed oils, eat traditional food, and limit processed grains. Over time, your desire to snack will lessen as you feel less hungry between meals. I hope you can reach your goal ๐ซ
