If I could offer some advice. Try not to count calories, it is not a good measurement for energy in the body. The body is a chemical reaction platform, not a combustion engine. When you switch to ketones for energy, just eat when you are hungry. As you become more efficient your stomach will send signals to brain to stop eating, usually happens when the food stops tasting good.

This is not a quick fix way of life, give your body time to heal before you expect great results. In some cases this can take months, depending on the amount of damage in your cells.
