Is it possible to embed image into a note instead of upload it to a image site?

What do you mean with embedding? On Damus you see that picture.
Every image in any app or social platform is uploaded and hosted somewhere. Not sure what you’re asking.
Notes are text based but nothing would stop you from pasting base64 encoded image if the client supports it and text note char limit allows it if any.
