The truth is, Canada needs the U.S. way more than the U.S. needs Canada. Instead of picking fights, they should be working on a deal. The real damage comes from the retaliation to tariffs. But Trudeau, the Liberals, and the political class would rather play politics, knowing most people don’t really get economics.
